Benefits of Polyurethane Foam Lifting
- Fast Curing Time: Polyurethane foam requires only about 15 minutes after it is injected to cure and harden.
- Less Disruptive: Concrete lifting requires holes to be drilled in your concrete every few feet. Traditional grout concrete lifting usually has holes of about two inches in diameter, but foam lifting uses holes that are half an inch wide.
- Clean: Other methods of concrete raising are messy. The filling material is typically mixed on-site and transported in a cart to the injection site. Any splashing or slurring of the mixing can cause spillage all over your property. The foam is mechanically connected and sealed to the injection area, so spillage is less likely.
- Waterproof: Polyurethane foam is waterproof. It will harden and remain hard even if it encounters water or moisture.
